How can kundalini yoga change our lives?

The aim of Kundalini Yoga is to awaken the kundalini energy, which lies at the base of the spine. It is also called “Yoga of awareness” and all parts of the kundalini yoga class have a specific role in making our life better.


When we tune-in, at the beginning of the class with "ONG NAMO, GURU DEV NAMO" mantra, not only we physically stimulate 84 meridian points on the upper palate, but it also we stimulate our hypothalamus. This stimulant creates right away a change in our state of mind and makes us ready to work with our energy. 💥


The breathing exercises help us activate our Pranamic energy and bring our body in a state where it can heal itself from anxiety and stress-related illnesses, by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.


Kriyas(sets of the exercises) have always at least one topic. By doing those physical movements, they can significantly improve heart health, alleviate back pain, help detoxify our organs and improve our physical and mental strength.


Meditations, with or without chanting, are an essential part of the Kundalini Yoga class, which helps us to enter into the alpha and theta brainwave state. This state is a state of a subconscious mind. In this state we can reprogram our Beeing and let go of the emotions and patterns, which are blocking us to live life being healthy, happy and holy. Simply said, Kundalini Yoga is a real technology, which can improve our lives in a very short amount of time.
